Contribute to Brown County's tornado recovery
If you want to donate to help Brown County State Park recover from the tornado of May 16, 2025, you can contribute through METF. To contribute with your credit card via PayPal, click here. To contribute with a mailed in check, click here. All funds contributed to METF through June 30, 2025 will be used to help with Brown County recovery efforts unless otherwise indicated by the contributor.
You can support METF's work in four ways:
You can make a one-time contribution to METF that could be applied to any project METF supports. Or you can become an annual contributor. Because METF is a 501c3 organization, your individual contribution may be tax deductible.
You can contribute to a specific trail-related project through METF. Again, your contribution may be tax deductible.
Your organization can become a sponsor of METF.
METF can also accept certain in-kind contributions, such as equipment, tools, or materials that can be used for trail work. Email secretary/treasurer Chris Riehl to discuss potential in-kind contributions.
METF recognizes individuals' gifts in four donation tiers:
Gifts of $1,000 or greater

Gold truck decal
Gifts of $500 - $999

Blue truck decal
Gifts of $100 -$499

Because METF is entirely volunteer staffed, has no brick and mortar facilities to maintain, has no marketing/promotional budget, we have virtually no administrative overhead costs. You can be confident that your contribution is going toward the work you want to support.
